All orders are placed in Australian dollars.
I AM PURCHASING A GIFT, CAN I HAVE MY PARCEL GIFT WRAPPED ?
All of our orders are sent beautifully packaged compliments of our lovely Lulu packers. 
WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS TEMPORAILY UNAVAILABLE ?
If the item you desired is not currently available, please email our customer service team and we will endeavor to track an item down for you and or notify you when it is back in stock customerservice@luluandlipstick.com.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS ?
We do not refund items if you change your mind on a product and we do not accept products back that have been used or opened. However, if you have found that you have had an allergy or irritation to any of our products then please contact us immediately to discuss customerservice@luluandlipstick.com and we will assist you with returning the products. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If your product has been damaged during its travels to get to you, please let our customer service team know immediately and we will organise for the return of the damaged product and resend you a new item. If that product is no longer in stock, we will issue you with a refund.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE SUBMITTED IT ?
Yes, as long as your order has not already been shipped. Please contact customerservice@luluandlipstick.com and we will endeavor to assist you.

HOW CAN I FIND THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ?
You can track the progress of your order through to shipment in My Account. Once your order is shipped you will receive a Confirmation Email from the online team at Lulu and Lipstick which will include your tracking number. If you can't locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please email us atcustomerservice@luluandlipstick.com and one of our lovely Lulu’s will assist you.
