We do not refund items if you change your mind on a product and we do not accept products back that have been used or opened. However, if you have found that you have had an allergy or irritation to any of our products then please contact us immediately to discuss email@example.com
and we will assist you with returning the products. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If your product has been damaged during its travels to get to you, please let our customer service team
know immediately and we will organise for the return of the damaged product and resend you a new item. If that product is no longer in stock, we will issue you with a refund.
